The twin room is brilliant and outstanding, the private bathroom is nice looking, and this place has a great location near the seafront, really close to lovely places like the beach and the sea.

The single room was perfect, it included central heating, coffee and tea making facilities, and television. I ate breakfast in the dining room and truly enjoyed coffee and toast. The staff were affable lot of time.

I enjoyed the hotel. the staff was incredibly friendly in managing every request. - the room was reasonably priced and included a laptop, a writing table, and a radiator. - the view was magnificent straight to the sea and beach. - the location was excellent and fantastic, close to the main shopping areas. - the bed was nice. - It was near the sea, the seafront, and Exmouth town centre.

Great location for visiting Manor Gardens as it's within walking distance from here.
